Terms of Service

BacMR is intended for secondary school students, teachers, and parents. Many students using BacMR are minors; a minor should use BacMR with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or teacher, and confirms they have permission to do so.

BacMR provides AI-generated tutoring responses grounded in the official Mauritanian curriculum. Responses are a study aid and may contain errors; they do not replace instruction from a qualified teacher and are not a guarantee of exam results.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You can use BacMR for free: new accounts receive welcome credits and a free daily allowance. Paid plans, when offered, are shown with their monthly price on bacmr.ai; a plan shown without a price is not yet available. For now, extra credits can be added to your account by our team on request. Credit balances are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are forfeited without refund if your account is deleted.

Only send voice notes, photos or files that you have the right to share and that are needed for your question. Your requests are processed by third-party AI providers to produce the answer, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you sign in with Google, Google's own terms also apply to your Google account.

You agree not to misuse BacMR — including attempting to disrupt the service, access another user's account, or use the AI tutor to generate content unrelated to educational use.

BacMR's tutor, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. References to Mauritanian curriculum textbooks remain the property of their respective publishers and the Ministry of Education.

You may permanently delete your account and its data at any time — see "Deleting your account and data" in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

BacMR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tutoring responses are complete, accurate, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, BacMR and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BacMR after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
