Delete your BacMR account
BacMR is the AI tutor for the Mauritanian Baccalaureate, published by Lebjawi Tech on Android, iOS and the web. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email, without having to install anything. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.
Delete it in the app
Mobile app (Android and iOS)
- Open BacMR and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
- Sign in once more when asked: this proves it is really you. The account is deleted right away.
On the web (chat.bacmr.ai)
- Sign in at chat.bacmr.ai.
- Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose “Delete account”.
- Sign in again to confirm, then press “Permanently delete my account”.
Without the app: ask us by email
Email support@bacmr.com from the address you use on BacMR, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account and everything listed below, and reply once it is done: within 30 days at most, usually within 2 business days.

- Your profile: name, email address, role, grade and track, and profile photo.
- Your sign-in identity, including the link to your Google account if you signed in with Google.
- Your conversations with the tutor and every message in them.
- The tutoring engine's memory of your conversations (recent messages and their summaries) and your learning progress (placement test answers and results, mastery estimates, daily usage limits).
- Your wallet, credit balance, plan and usage history. Remaining credits are lost and cannot be refunded.
- Your sign-up and sign-in security records (IP address, approximate location, device and app).
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records (top-ups, refunds): kept for our accounting, with the link to your account removed.
- Usage accounting in our AI gateway (model, token counts, cost and an internal account number): kept for cost tracking. It never contains the content of your messages, your name or your email address.
- Diagnostic records of AI requests, which exist only while our team switches them on to investigate a problem: emails and phone numbers masked, deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Database backups: a copy can remain in a backup until newer backups replace it.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign up again later with the same email address, you start with a new, empty account.
